Shipping & Delivery
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships!
We offer free Worldwide shipping on all orders.
Shipping of multiple items
We have multiple manufacturing sites that are located overseas, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites.
Sometimes the products from the same manufacturing site may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.
So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way!

Based on our experience, usually, our items arrive before the declared delivery time, but if you have any doubts please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will speed up the process for you.
Delays can be caused for a number of reasons.
They could be due to customs clearance, logistics hold-ups, holiday season, and other factors.
Please understand that this may at times be out of our control. Please be patient, but understand that if your order doesn't arrive because of our fault, we will issue you a full refund without hesitation.
If you are planning to give one of our items as a gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when they are required. Allow plenty of time to ensure you won't be disappointed, but please note that we are not responsible for items that do not arrive before a deadline.
Taxes and duties
Customs and duty fees are not included in your Yumajin order and/or shipping total.
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Yumajin is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
Please note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
