Returns & Refunds
We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free shopping experience.
We assure you that all products sold at Yumajin are brand new and 100% genuine.
Please note that the color of the items may slightly vary due to different display quality.
We will provide Refund/Return/Replacement for all our products sold within 30 days of delivery of product with a genuine reason for Refund/Return/Replacement.
In order to qualify for a Refund/Return/Replacement, there must be a fault with the quality of the item. All items are inspected prior to shipping to make sure that they meet their provided description.
If your order has arrived with a legitimate defect please send us an email within 30 days of accepting the order so we can replace, exchange or fully or partially refund the item.
If this happens, please send us your:
1) Order number (#12345).
2) Your full name and shipping address.
3) Date of purchase.
4) Photo or video of the defective item and the description of what is damaged or defected.
5) If you received a wrong item, we also need a photo of the barcode on the bag of the wrong product.

Postal Office Mistakes
We ship orders to the address that was provided to us by the customer, so please be responsible and make sure the information you give us is 100% correct. We do not keep credit card information on file.
All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. You will receive a confirmation of shipment to the email address that you provided.
If you are not sure about your package whereabouts - please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate it for you.
Order arrival delays can be caused for a number of reasons. They could be due to customs clearance, logistics hold-ups, holiday season, and other factors.
Please understand that this may at times be out of our control. Please be patient, but understand that if your order doesn't arrive because of our fault, we will issue you a full refund without hesitation.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund/replace damaged, delayed or lost in transit packages at the fault of the postal service.

Change or cancel your order or change your shipping address
If you need to change or cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Orders MUST be canceled or changed on the same day they are made before processing.
We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). If we have already started the import procedure, usually 24 hours from the purchase date, we will not be able to cancel the order.
In case you want to cancel the order before the product is being dispatched from our international supplier, we issue a full refund to your provided payment method or in form of a Coupon Code, which can be used for any further purchase.
Once an order has been placed in our system and we didn't get any cancellation or address changes from you within 24 hours of the purchase - we cannot cancel the order or change the address. If there is an error in your address, we have to wait and see if the package will be sent back to our warehouse.
Please note: in case of cancellation from the customer, we will deduct 2% of the total transaction amount from total refund amount as bank transaction charges are applicable.
Yumajin holds the right to cancel orders at any given time, either due to non-availability, pricing error or any such circumstances where we will not be able to fulfill the order, which is rarely happening, so no worries here.
Cancellation and refund due to refusal to accept the package
In case the customer does not take the delivery of the product when attempted by courier person or refuse the package during delivery - we will not be able to refund the amount.
If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase - we apologize for the inconvenience. You may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 30 days of accepting the package.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so the return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, and undamaged condition.
We cannot accept return if the product was ordered by mistake or without seeing proper specifications.
Once you decided to return the product - please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with the address of the closest to your living address warehouse.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
1) Gift cards.
3) Downloadable software products.
4) Some health and personal care items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1) Book with obvious signs of use.
2) CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
3) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
