I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have multiple manufacturing sites that are located overseas, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. Sometimes the products from the same manufacturing site may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way!

How do I track my package?
We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed. Do note that it takes 2-4 days for the tracking information to be updated to the website.
I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?
Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 2-4 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 5 days of your order you can simply request yours through our contact form or via email email@example.com and we will gladly provide you with one.
